What do we like?

Travel back in time and discover the history of the House of Taittinger.
Come and chat with the emblematic Thibaud IV, Count of Champagne, and taste the cuvées he inspired.

Thibaud IV, Count of Champagne, known as le Chansonnier. King of Navarre, lord, poet and conqueror, he is without doubt the most endearing character in the dynasty of the Counts of Champagne. Secretly in love with his aunt Blanche of Castille, mother of the future Saint-Louis, he gave birth to the idea of courtly love. Setting off on a crusade in 1239, he brought back from the East two treasures still unknown to the Christian world: the Damascus rose and the plant of a new grape variety, the ancestor of Chardonnay.
This was the beginning of the Taittinger legend...

During this experience, halfway between an audio experience and a tasting, you will be welcomed and accompanied by our team of professional guides, who will help you discover the astonishing story of this character who left his mark on the dynasty of the Counts of Champagne.
Let yourself be carried away by the discussions of the guests at Thibaud IV's table as you taste the House's two signature cuvées: the Brut Réserve and the Comtes de Champagne Blanc de Blancs.
