Biscuiterie de Reims

Reims is not only the city of Champagne, it's also the city of cookies. Moussa Ouarouss is reviving this little-known facet of the city.
His range of cookies is all good stuff: local flour and sugar, free-range eggs, no colorants or preservatives. We fall for its exotic madeleines with yuzu lemon and their local version with Reims cookie.

From macarons, cakes and meringues with Reims cookie, to pavé and palet with pink cookie powder to be enjoyed with a glass of champagne, the cookie factory makes us see life in pink!
