What do we like?

En 2012, le domaine familial est repris par Cyril et Amandine Collard, les enfants et neveux des fondateurs de la SCEV.
Le champagne Gaston Collard s’inscrit comme un champagne de tradition puisqu’il est élevé par la même famille depuis plusieurs générations

Depuis 2012, l’exploitation a fait le choix de la conduite en agriculture biologique et en biodynamie.
Depuis le 18 août 2016, le domaine a reçu la certification « agriculture biologique », par les organismes certificateurs ECOCERT et DEMETER.
