What do we like?

In 2012, the family estate was taken over by Cyril and Amandine Collard, the children and nephews of the founders of the SCEV.
The Gaston Collard champagne is a champagne of tradition since it is raised by the same family for several generations

Since 2012, the farm has opted for organic and biodynamic farming.
Since August 18, 2016, the estate has been certified «organic farming», by the certifying bodies ECOCERT and DEMETER.
