What do we like?

Guyot-Guillaume family traces its winegrowing roots back to Méry-Prémecy, a typical Champagne village around fifteen kilometres from Reims.

Our grandparents, Geneviève and Jacques, arrived in this small village in 1954 and planted their first vines in the early 1960s. Our parents, Catherine and Dominique, took over in the mid-70s. They developed the vineyard and direct sales of the family production. Today, it's us, Agathe and Thomas, sister and brother, the third generation of the family, who are at the head of the estate.

With the same passion for vines and wine, we perpetuate the tradition and know-how of the Champagne region, while adding a touch of modernity. The House has moved towards sustainable viticulture that is more respectful of the environment and closer to nature.
Although the grape varieties grown on the estate are predominantly Pinot Meunier (86%), there are also Pinot Noir (11%) and Chardonnay (3%).
The wines from the estate's different terroirs, grape varieties and years are used to create cuvées with a distinctive character and style.
