Champagne J.Lassalle

In 1942, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims, in the village of Chigny les Roses, Champagne J.Lassalle was born.

Today, 3 generations of women are committed to perpetuating Jules Lassalle's style.
The House was built nearly 80 years ago, and it's by making the most of our past that we're building our future.

The 16 hectares of Lassalle vineyards are distinguished by their predominantly Meunier grape varieties (52%), Pinot Noir (22%) and Chardonnay (26%).
Our vines are between 35 and 55 years old.

We produce an average of 150,000 bottles a year. We are "Récoltant Manipulant", which means that our champagnes are made exclusively from the grapes grown on our parcels. For us, Champagne is a bit like a great recipe that's been passed down from generation to generation, with its specificities that belong only to the family, this way of expressing a spirit, a style."

The House opens its doors for an immersion into the heart of our history, with the possibility of tasting our champagnes and visiting our 3 levels of cellars over 300 years old on our production site in Rilly la Montagne.
