Champagne Lacuisse
What do we like?
The House welcomes you with pleasure in the cellar, along the Champagne wine route.
Even if we find traces of vines on our land in the year 850, it is only since the beginning of the 20th century that Julien Lacuisse and his sons have exploited their vineyard.
Today, the vineyard covers 17 hectares spread over the "premier cru" hillsides of the commune of Sermiers, in the heart of the Reims mountains.
You will be able to take advantage of a visit of the estate, as well as explanations on the grape varieties and the approach of sustainable viticulture.
Respectful of our heritage, we are committed to Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne.
We take care of our vines without insecticides, limit treatments, use grass cover, mechanical working of the soil as well as sexual confusion and recover our washing water.
Then you will discover the complexity of the work of the wines and their different blends by a tasting of clear wines.
Finally, you will appreciate the results of the different manipulations (riddling, disgorging, dosage), during the tasting of the cuvées.
You can also taste our gold medal-winning cuvées at the Lyon and Féminalises international competitions.
Our classic collection includes a Tradition cuvée with a majority of Meunier, a Grande Réserve with a majority of Chardonnay, a Rosé Champagne and a 2013 Vintage.
Our Premium collection offers brut nature Champagnes: La Sensation with a majority of Meunier, La Vintage Millésime 2014, La Cosson Millésime 2007 and the cuvée Blanc de Noirs 100% Meunier.
These brut nature Champagnes allow the explosion of the mineral flavours of the Champagne subsoil.
