Champagne Prestige des Sacres - Champagne Ch de l'Auche

Today, the Cave de Germigny, Janvry et Rosnay comprises 60 winegrowers working 115 hectares of vines, spread over 40 crus on the western slopes of the Montagne de Reims.
The main crus include Janvry, Germigny and Rosnay, Courcelles-Sapicourt, Branscourt and several villages in the Massif de Saint- Thierry, as well as two premiers crus : Sacy and Vrigny.

Meunier as DNA

Today, Meunier accounts for 75% of vines, compared with 15% for Pinot Noir and 10% for Chardonnay. These figures are well above the Champagne average, where this late-budding red grape variety accounts for only a third of the vineyards.
