What do we like?

Come visit the House of Roger-Constant Lemaire! Their specialty is rare and atypical champagnes, without malolactic fermentation, without filtration and without the use of fining. This family specificity makes champagnes with a great freshness in mouth, marked by authenticity and minerality. The conservation is also much longer: their champagnes are "vins de garde" which improve with ageing. The whole vineyard is in reasoned viticulture. Champagne Roger-Constant Lemaire respects the terroir and the vines. They do not use insecticides, acaricides, herbicides or chemical fertilizers, but prefer alternative organic methods. Their wines are also very low in sulfites and adapted to people who are sensitive to this substance.
