LES PÉPITES DE LA CAVE

Located in Chigny-les-roses, this shop offers champagnes and wines from independent winemakers, but also regional products.
All these nuggets have been unearthed by Audrey, the manager.

In 2022, after 25 years in the pharmaceutical industry, Audrey decided to change her professional life. With her husband Benoît and their three children, Lilian, Clément and Elisa, they joined forces to create "Les pépites de la cave".
For 6 months, the cellar of Champagne Michel Tixier was transformed before the eyes of the family, thanks to Alexandra, an interior designer, who understood Audrey's desire and need: to develop a space that would be warm, friendly and welcoming, and that would be able to showcase all of its nuggets.

Michel Tixier champagne, managed by her husband, is of course highlighted. The 8 vintages are displayed on light wooden desks.
The wines chosen are those of independent winegrower friends, driven by the same passion for their profession as Benoît. Today, 13 brands are present, each with between 3 and 6 cuvées. You can choose between white, rosé, red, sweet or mellow wines. Something to delight all palates!

Audrey will take you through the vineyards and villages, to explain the work done all year round to make the most famous wine in the world.
You will also be able to discover the Champagne Michel TIXIER farm: its press, its vat room and its cellars, filled with this delicious nectar: Champagne!
