What do we like?
Champagne House Ayala was founded in 1860, making it one of the oldest Champagne Houses. In the 1920s the House produced 1 million bottles per year and it was also the supplier of royal courts like in Spain or England. Established in Aÿ, within the heart of the "grand cru" area. The House produces exceptional wines which are appreciated in the whole world, the work being conducted with respect for the House's history in a familial atmosphere.
