Vinaigrerie d'Hautvillers - Les Enfants de Bacchus

Les Enfants de Bacchus artisanal vinegar factory is located in Hautvillers, an emblematic village in the region and the birthplace of Champagne. It's the brainchild of four brothers and sisters who grew up in this charming village on Rue de Bacchus. They wanted to work together on a project that would highlight the richness of the Champagne terroir.
The vinegar factory is the production site for Les Enfants de Bacchus vinegar, but two other activities have also been added to the project.
