The rugged valleys of this small region with their forests and streams, the former presbytery of Villeneuve, once the Claudels' family home and now a museum, the places of inspiration for the two children, artists in the making: Camille and Paul, the fortified farms and the majestic ruins of the castles, all augur well for outings in the area.
