Located on the corner of the cathedral square and rue Chanzy, our Tourist Office welcomes you 7 days a week in a warm, modern setting. In addition to being greeted by our tour advisors, you can browse through a wide range of self-service documentation, browse on a tablet, or leave your smartphone on charge. There’s also an original souvenir store where you can shop for local, handcrafted or more traditional products.

Monday to Saturday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. (Exceptionally closed at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 27)
Sunday: 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday to Thursday: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Reims Centre station
Located on the forecourt of Reims Centre station, this information desk, part of the Tourist Office, welcomes you 6 days a week when you get off the train, to make your arrival easier and familiarize you with the city.

Monday to Saturday: 8:30 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Nautical relay
Sillery rest area
The Sillery boat stop is located on rue Jacques Cartier. It has 19 berths, 8 mooring pontoons and a launching ramp. Facilities include showers, WCs, washing machine and dryer, plus free WIFI. Like the Reims stopover, it’s open 7 days a week during the summer season, from 4pm to 7pm, and our advisors are on hand to help you make the most of your vacation.

Nautical relay
Reims stopover
The Reims nautical stop is located along boulevard Paul Doumer, just a few steps from the city center and the cathedral. The Capitainerie du Relai is open 7 days a week during the summer season, from 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm. You’ll find showers and toilets, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
