 We're minced steak pros. Over the last 10 years, we've developed a unique expertise.

 Our cheddars come from a small farm in Somerset in England and are matured for 6 to 18 months.

 The buns are baked every morning and the recipe has undergone over 50 tests.

 Whenever possible, and whenever it makes sense, we buy directly from the producers.

 Not a single ingredient makes its way into PNY without being subjected to Graffi's palates.

 Finally, we are constantly on the lookout for recipes, ingredients

 techniques and encounters that will enable us to become even better, little by little.

 Improving the image of the burger is our humble vocation.
