What do we like?

At Sodad, Rémoise Bistronomy has a Mediterranean flavour! Chef Fabien Billon invites you to his table to discover sunny flavours inspired by his native Corsica. On the à la carte menu, the finest local produce rub shoulders with his colourful creations, which are renewed every fortnight. Fine fish specialities take you straight to the seaside, before returning to the Champagne region with regional products.
